Personal Training & Small group training

Personal Training Rates:

$82 - single booking

$70 each for 5 sessions (savings of 15%)

$65 each for 8 sessions (savings of 20%)

$49 each for 16+ sessions, min. 2x per week training (savings of 40%)

Do you have a friend or two who you want to train with? I work with small groups outside of my regular MomFit class if those times do not work for you. Add an additional 25% per person to the prices above.

Example: 10 sessions for a group of 2 = $65 + $16.25+ $81.25/session ($40.63each)

1-1 sessions run 45min, group sessions 1hour.  

All packages must be used within a 90day period. Prices do not include tax.

30 min Mini sessions - 12 pack - $360

Short on time, but can commit 2x per week? This is a great option if you want to bring a toddler, and 1hour may be too long!

1-1 only and must commit at least 2x per week.

Online Programming Package

Let's discuss your specific goals and I'll design an individualized program taking into consideration your abilities and what equipment you have access to. This is suitable for someone who is motivated to train on their own time. 

Includes: 

  • 60min Initial Consultation

  • 2x - 60min Movement Coaching Session + 2x15min check-in, all over 8 weeks

  • 8 week personal program design with consulting via text/email
