Whether you are pregnant or postpartum this is the perfect class to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor through exercise in a supportive community of other women. This 6-week program will teach you what you need to know about pelvic floor and core health, proper alignment, new breathing strategies and functional strength training. Symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (pain, pressure, leaking) and diastasic recti will be addressed. Learn how to train intentionally through pregnancy, and re-build a solid foundation postpartum. I want you to feel confident continuing or returning to your choice of fitness, whether that be yoga, running, strength & conditioning, or the daily demands of motherhood.
This class is for you if any of the below apply...
You are pregnant or postpartum (whether that’s 2 months, 2 years, or 10 years!)
You have experienced leaking when you sneeze, run, jump or cough
You value establishing a solid foundation before moving onto complex movements
You care about restoring your body's functionality
You are an athlete and want to mindfully return to high intensity training
It is highly recommended all moms see a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist prior to returning to exercise.
Class capped at 6 participants. Babies are welcome!
