I'm here to help expecting and new moms to train smart in this special chapter of their lives. During pregnancy, you are often told to "just listen to your body", but your body is going through so many changes, how can you listen to it? Leaking when jumping, running or sneezing are common symptoms postpartum, and accepted as part of being a mom, but women need to know this is not normal and that professionals can help. I needed guidance in my two pregnancies and postpartum but didn't have the knowledge or resources. This is why I have chosen to work with women to be the source of support in my community that I wish I had.
